Our deodorant containers are 100% recyclable and BPA-free. While we strive to minimize plastic whenever possible, we understand that some customers prefer the familiarity and convenience of traditional packaging. For those new to natural products, this can make the transition easier and more comfortable.

Most people only need one to two light swipes for effective, all-day odor protection—often less than what is typically used with conventional deodorants. If you’ve recently switched from traditional deodorant or antiperspirant, your underarms may need time to adjust. During this transition period, some people experience temporary stickiness, staining, or changes in odor as the body detoxes from conventional products. This adjustment period varies for each person.

Because our deodorants are made with organic, chemical-free ingredients, they are safe for use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for children of all ages. You can feel confident knowing our formulas are free from the toxins commonly found in conventional deodorants. As with any personal care product, discontinue use if redness, irritation, or rash occurs.

Is your deodorant sticky, mushy, or gritty? The consistency varies with temperature. Since coconut oil has a low melting point, deodorants will soften in warmer weather and harden when cooler. This is normal. If it feels mushy when you apply it, try storing it somewhere cooler. If it seems sticky during application, hold it against your skin for a few moments to warm it up, or keep it in a slightly warmer spot. When the deodorant is warmer and creamier, you hardly notice it, but when it's cooler and harder, you do. If your deodorant is grainy or has tiny balls, don’t worry—that’s the shea butter. It’s completely fine to use as-is, and your body heat will melt these particles away. Shea butter can be a bit annoying this way, but it’s so great for your skin that we had to include it. 

When used as directed, you shouldn't see any staining or discoloration of clothing. Although we haven't encountered any issues with our clothing while wearing it, it remains a possibility. Make sure you are only using a swipe or two for all-day odor protection. Additionally, you can check your laundry detergent to see how effectively it handles grease stains.

Deodorants & lip balms are NOT returnable. Since they are personal-use products, we are unable to accept returns.
