Refund policy

Rose Creek Candle Co, LLC wants you to be 100% happy and satisfied with your order.  Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Scent preference is the main reason for being unsatisfied, we do offer samples of all our scents. If you are uncertain of a scent, please order a sample pack. 
We will be happy to replace any item that is damaged as a result of shipping, if you provide a picture of the damaged product in its original packaging. Customers must email their concern and photos within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
